Possibly too heavy (weight) for pain sufferers

I bought the device for the treatment of specific trigger points (by Volker Horbach, highly recommended!). The trigger points, I easily found. The problem with this device is that it is relatively difficult (for it is also very solid and stable). I can hold it with a bad arm, as I have shoulder pain. With two arms, it is cumbersome and tiring when one is suffering from pain. I would have liked better what easier (but beware: even less stable) bought such as Rückenfee. Possibly I bring this to yet, for the moment, I use just a tennis ball to the I lean against the wall to the trigger point. Advantage for me: you can build up relatively high pressure to the trigger point, to institute without arm / shoulder.
I still give three stars because the device is actually processed very well and for people not covered by shoulder / arm problems suffer, sure is a good thing.
