My energy cost meter shows in the "off state" no measurable consumption values. The device displays everything from 0.5 watts consumption, so if still energy is drawn then definitely less than 0.5 watts. Before, I always had to pull 2.1 speaker system to plug a Logitech. It took 5 watts in standby! Strange but true. Now I've been through this adapter virtually no consumption :)
