The Xavax-timer beeps glaring when his time has come. The beeping softly penetrates through the wall between my kitchen and my living room. If I started him once in the kitchen, and then get distracted in the living room from the fact that next door is the bread in the oven, this beeping penetrates still quiet in my consciousness and the bread is saved.
The button cell has now held by 7 months, with frequent use (on average 3 times a day).
The only imperfect, the small push buttons, and my hand is already not great. It takes a bit of concentration, so as not to push the 10-minute knobs accidentally instead of the 1-minute Knöpfchens (or 1 minute instead of 10-second knobs). But I got used to it now.
