+ Live display in the wristwatch is very convenient, especially for helmet mounting
+ Stable underwater housing up to 60m
+ Lots of accessories included in delivery costs, with GoPro & Co. Extra
+ Time-lapse (picture every 10/20 / ... 60 seconds)

- Display resolution of the clock is not a deal breaker, but enough perfectly to align the camera

Overall, I have to say that you get offered a lot for his money. Can I definitely recommend.
