-Verpackung-
The hood was based on Amazon Marketplace and delivered in a large packaging. The actual packaging is convenient on the dimensions ago and the filling material (Styrofoam inserts).
Included is a manual, assembly instructions, mounting screws with dowels, and two visually interesting-looking 40 watt clear bulbs (which are mitgewichtet in the power calculation by the way).
-installation-
The hood should be installed under a Wrasenhänger. It is noticeable that the depth of the hood can significantly extending this to the front (the least upper cabinets should be 60cm deep), but it covers at least mathematically a built-hotplate off.
The hood is by two surprisingly clunky plastic buttons left and right unlocked (after all, is here no tools required, as in some cheap models).
The Wrasenblende must first be folded out, which works very well in contrast to the close.
Because I wanted to use the hood in recirculation mode, have the back of the blower box (the very weighty seems), two white plastic slotted discs are rotated by 90 °.
Sounds simple, however designed to be surprisingly brutal: The lenses provide a surprisingly high resistance and then as soon as they turn, it sounds as if the action a unique theme (since the sounds not just sound reassuring). One of the slots in soft plastic were before turning almost completely destroyed.
The installation of the necessary for recirculation activated carbon filter I've reviewed in this. Suffice it to say that the solutions seem a little easier with the cylinders.
The delivered hood is supplied with a maintenance-friendly way, metal braiding as a pre-filter, which can be quite easy to install.
Once the filter is installed, the selector switch are possibly converted and the hood is screwed on Wrasenhänger (there are 4 holes provided for fastening), the Wrasenhänger can be hung (the cable guide with opening at the hood here is a good solution).
-Operation-
Here is a brief look at the Wrasenblende that at least I like to aufklappe before I cook. While the unfolding as we thought worked well, "pinched" some in the attempt to close the first time.
Result: After a somewhat higher pressure to a portion of the right cover pushed forward. Since there is on the right depending on the position of Wrasenblende a more or less ugly gap.
Since this is the first by closing ~ me ~ happened, of course this is not a warranty ...
The hood has 5 buttons, one for the illumination and for the 4 ventilation levels.
Acoustic sounds Level 1 still pleasant, is at level 2 to 3 then "heard" and increases with level 4 at seemingly exponential - "Intensive" is the right word here already.
-Power-
Even at level 1 you can feel (if you hold one hand slightly above the front upper outlet on the hood), the two engines bring neat performance. With Stage 4 is already blown out very neat air.
What makes me very suspicious when Abzuhaube however is the fact that the train from below does not seem very high (wherever the hood withdraws the air).
Even at the current cooking Kondensdampf seems to be only partially drawn towards hood.
Roasted (which the kitchen air maximum claimed), seems to be no great effect to be achieved through the hood.
Will probably soon have to look at the device closer.
-Fazit-
For me ~ ~ is the hood at the moment is not worth the money. I've felt hoods 1/3 of the cost in use, which were much more effective than this unit.
Perhaps I have only a Monday morning model, such a device I can not recommend unfortunately.
