In addition to the "middle" roaster I have this model in my kitchen and can not contribute much to complain. The build quality is absolutely fine. No sharp edges, cover is to fit, and the result is at the end - if you have not done much wrong - better than any of stainless steel pot. Although not quite as planned my first work was in a fancy lentil stew, which had to be transferred to this roaster due to the quantity. Despite having the same preparation and much the same ingredients the taste experience was significantly aromatic ... Therefore, I had to put up with the question of what I had been doing since different than usual ... :-) says something for themselves ;-) In the price / performance ratio of the pot gets a strong buy recommendation for those who are not addicted to brand fetishism and want to be well served with a good value dishes. Small addition: for the 5th star missing my "fat edges" that support a better returning the condensed steam and thus less runs away when dropping ...
