Shaving is a world of difference to the old Mach 3. In the first few turns I had to look again, if I had really put all covers from razor - it gently skims the shaver over your skin - but the soaked hair (showers, Nivea shaving cream) were really completely removed. There are no tangles or tearing more - it feels really like that when you execute a smooth surface on the skin - great result.
The razor itself is high quality work - the handle even seem to be made of metal, in the generous rubber elements are embedded for the grip. However, the holder makes a somewhat cheap impression ... was afraid because with the power razor lock it ... curious how long does the plastic part.
The competitor Gillette Fusion ProGlide should provide a similarly good shaving experience / -Result - according to Stiftung Warentest even slightly better. But the Wilkinson met all my requirements ... for the last 50 percent improvement% surcharge on the blades to pay it is not worth it - at a cheaper "3-blade model" but I will definitely no longer apply.
So really only 4+ points for the product itself (cheap holder - Gillette even better tested) - but by the running costs significantly lower then it full marks.
