This book is easy to use and gives all the elements to embark without fear. The descriptions of the gestures are precise and are illustrated by step pictures. The book offers answers or at least answer supplements to all small babies usual hassles: colic, toothache, colds, ... For each subject, classical massage and reflexology are available. The book also offers "routines" to daily massages to her baby. Massaging my baby made me a stronger link with him, to communicate otherwise. This was a very good experience. Our daughter and I enjoyed those moments shared. Just be prepared to accept untimely pees ... When our daughter grew up, it is becoming very complicated against continuing with a daily routine as she moved but I still occasionally apply massages according to its little problems.
