When inserting the cartridge (black) I am sorry to find that this does not work, it seems as if it were instructive or dried.

Since I have taken today only from the welded foil, and thus look as fresh cartridge should not happen.

Here remedy should be created urgently.

I hope they give me a new functioning cartridge!
