The USB socket is shaky, you can see why the same here many problems are reported. But is ok with careful handling. I prefer the USB cable always from when I'm not using the drive, so I had no problems (is for a few months in continuous use). Otherwise, the panel is impeccable, thanks to USB 3 sauschnell :-)
