We have the equipment since March 2014 in daily use. Until now, I was convinced of this household appliance. Last week I put the glass carafe that makes otherwise a very strong impression, but on the sink from, as always. This time, however, the glass at the pouring lip tore completely through to the bottom and the pouring lip itself is fragmented. That was, as mentioned, a week ago. I emailed directly to the manufacturer, with a request to replace me the glass carafe on warranty. To date I have received no reply. I am trying directly through Amazon that sell this product itself, to achieve a solution to the problem. I will report further on progress at this point.
02/23/2015 Now that I have turned the Amazon customer service, everything went like clockwork. Great praise! Reappointment (Complete) was there the very next day. Rücksendeschein printed, old device zürückgeschickt, finished. In the meantime answered after 2 weeks and 2 of unanswered e-mails and the dealer and claimed to have not received an email from me, even though I have 2 x use the contact form on their website. Conclusion: The unit is in view of the price / performance ratio top! The service, however, the dealer äüußerst flawed, could be read as it did in many other recessions.
