I've already tried various other Rubs, but this is the best mix for Pulled Pork. Pleasant sharpness, can be readily processed (got the meat previously rubbed with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil), no artificial flavor enhancers, etc ... I specially eaten the crust, because that was so delicious the Pulled Pork last weekend.
This mixture and the attention to detail (eg re-sealable bag, enclosed recipe booklet) has made me so curious to anchor herb that I have ordered the chili con carne spice mixes me today.
