Pure equipment

Use the Monitor since over 2.5 years in office. Meanwhile, I bought it for at home. Why?
The image quality is super. Due to the IPS display with LED backlight, the viewing angle is huge. Even if the lighting is not so properly managed. Here sometimes strong differences with the naked eye can be detected straight against dark backgrounds, and as confirmed in various tests. But in the office operation, this does not fall further on, probably but the film shows or games. Whether that is disruptive or not for the personal feeling.

The equipment is top. Rarely seen such a display with so many possibilities. There are all monitor connections (VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort) available, plus 4 USB 2.0 ports and an a separate power switch come (in addition to the on / off switch on the front panel).
The on-screen menu has a vast range of functions, every little detail, whether source control, color calibration, image control, etc. can be adjusted. The image thus can be adapted to suit all needs. Even an hour meter for the backlight is available.
The base is also highly flexible. From height adjustment pivot function right through to rotary and Neigmöglichkeit everything is given. If one here can complain about then the rather tight fit of mechanics. One must partially offset at the other corner of the stand, press not to push over the table to the monitor. Speakers are not integrated, there are, however, an optional sound bar of HP of about 30 that can be mounted in the designated holders.

Conclusion:
An absolutely top-equipped monitor, in the category up to 22 inches without hardware calibration maybe even one of the best on the market. Highly recommended with a perfect finish.
