Stitched / embroidered contours, this mat really beautiful appearance. The rear face is perfectly adherent. And my mouse hovers above without any worries. The only problem is the color. Note that this is an off-white that is not associated with the white of my apple mouse. Anyway, these are details and personal tastes.
