I bought the OSO 360 Grip universal mount due to good reviews here and in some Techblogs. I change my smartphone but too often as that each have their own mount would be worth it. So that part of OSO. Power out of the box once a very good impression. The pretty tight mount is padded inside with red rubber pads, so actually there is nothing to open it with the smartphone (This is also the manufacturer before). So let's fix, but here it comes. I press on the "locking key" and the whole thing flies apart into several parts: holder, spring, button, rubber mount. Hmmm, strange, but one can certainly put together again easily. Unfortunately, neither I, nor my otherwise really quite smart wife managed. So looked at Amazon if you can contact the seller, which unfortunately is not the case - you should directly contact the Amazon customer service. Since I have thus almost always have a positive experience, which was now a self-goers.
