The goal for me when I bought the book for the Kindle was not to build a body like the two models on the cover with the isometric exercises. Whether that's at all possible I think is very questionable. I use the exercises to between the office, in the evening watching TV or in the car (!?) To pump iron something to overcome fatigue and myself possibly a bit too strong. These exercises are ideal, to get right into it sweating and feeling a burden on the muscles. This requires no tools, this can also be installed, such as the steering wheel in the car, the chair, the table edge (even goes in the meeting if you quietly breathing ;-) or whatever else falls into their own hands. I would isometric exercises but never considered alone beatifying end guidance for health, rather than a component to complement. The whole dynamic part is missing here, whether hot "only" cardio like running or biking etc. or Crossfitvarianten with combined cycle / co-ordination, sling training, Pilates and how it all. Again, there's a great deal for you do not need Muckibude.
