The mechanism which the meat is cut small aluminum and stained the meat regularly gray / black. Of course I clean everything by hand (it would be nice if I could get this done my machine).
For each chord in the flesh (eg. Ausgelösste Beinscheibe) clogs the machine and it is only warm meat paste out.
