The book presents exercises to do with her child on the book of their choice. The exercises are rather close and repetitive. Once we have understood the principle of reading 2: read one line each to force the child to continue the phrase respecting the tone and punctuation; read a sentence on each; let the child take control playback whenever he wants: Read from bottom to top, top to bottom, a word on two, etc ..., it becomes quite daunting. If there is an interest to read the first word of each line from top to bottom to develop children's skills, it lacks in any case greatly meaningful and fun at the story level: it becomes more of exercises as games. However I chose the 3 exercises that I like most and I apply them regularly with my son who takes great pleasure to read with me and show me that he follows. The book is interesting but it made too quickly around.
