I found this book on a website after looking to change my diet which over the years had come to degrade my body. As a chemist, I was sensitive to the well-substantiated explanation of the author, and often go against official recommendations, we understand that they are partly false. Eg logical that you find on the recommendation it would be better eating yogurt 0%, or corn flakes for without sugar and fat (but no good and is making you fat too ...), as nuts or good essential fats in many respects? In fact we understand everything and we realize that the slogan eat less fat and less sugar that is cute but it means nothing at all .... So if you want to finally understand what a good diet - even if you are now convinced (e) to know, just as I thought also- made the Demarch read this book, and then do the test you will see the difference. I personally do not apply to the letter all the recommendations of the book, because I eat more than what is written but at least I started to buy new foods and to really reduce other. After one remains free of what we do well, life is not written in a book, we choose but at least we know what we did. What jen took off: the pleasure of some foods that I was eating more, a better physical being (in the digestive tract and slight reduction of inflammation), and especially moral. After I advise (the book but also a little strict on this point) to continue to give pleasure: cakes and sweets are very limited in the book but I think eating is also fun and everyone has different needs. To summarize, if you buy this book you will learn a lot after you are free to adopt the best way to eat.
