Have a small subnotebook bought and annoyed that this brought only a VGA and a DisplayPort as interfaces. Based on previous reviews I've ordered me this with 3m length and was happy as a king, that it transmits the sound with.

So the few reviewers who have described use with sound transmission have been right and I have a device (HP EliteBook 2540p) which transmit a very good picture and sound.

The connection points are stable and have a long-lasting impression. The cable shielding and strength is good and the images are smooth.
