RTL8153 automatically recognized as Xubuntu 14.04 (linux 3.13.0), flow rates are good. USB3 on a port, with two iperf simultaneously (a client and a server), 940Mb / s download and 330Mb / s upload. Alternatively 940Mb / s in each direction.
