I'm glad these balls with spikes that stimulate eg soles, 3 balls for different massages the body, too, am disappointed that ny have no instructions with it, and recently the yellow ball has a little open (not good ....) but it can be repaired easily and pick up a little part open with a special glue, several people have asked me their order a set of 3 massage balls because they tested mine.
