From my perspective, the MMLP2 musically most comparable to recovery from 2010.
Fans of the previous album are with MMLP2 certainly not far from your taste away.
The Single Berzerk Readme initially due to a re-blonde and energetic rappendem Eminem hoping for an album that again puts more on hip-hop elements. Not like last but the very pop-heavy recovery.
Then even the raptechnisch brilliant "Rap God" (with unfortunately somewhat weak beat the rather monotonous with over 6 minutes draws), the pop-rock song "Survival" with Skylar Grey and the weak "Love The Way You Lie" imitation "The Monster "with Rihanna.
Well, a little back and forth gerissn of the singles that have been published in advance I let myself from the album release surprise. The tracklist convinced unfortunately not just a rap album -> 2x Skylar Grey, Rihanna, Nate Reuss (FUN), Sia and the only rapper Kendrick Lamar.
DC positive noticed while listening:
- The 1st song "Bad Guy" on the whole, a good storytelling rap song.
- "Rhyme or Reason," also a face-Tip! Translucent rapping with cool gesampeltem Beat.
- "Brainless" Slim Shady song -> gloomy
- "Rap God" raptechnische world class! Unfortunately monotonous beat about 6min.
- The number 13. "So Far ..." Hammer Fun song and hear well-produced by Rick Rubin!
That's unfortunately already with the really good numbers of MMLP2 !!!
"Headlights" with Nate Reuss is lyrical due to Eminem's apology to his mother listen to even interesting.
The Hook of Nate Reuss and the beat, however, has lost nothing on a good Rapp bar.
The same with "A ** hole" and a harrowing and totally replaceable Hook of Skylar Grey.
The two singles "Survival" and "The Monster" has been heard in recovery with "Will not Back Down" and "Love The Way You Lie" even better.
The rest of the songs are, in spite of constant good rappendem Eminem but unfortunately by rather weak hooks and many mainstream compatible tunes, at best, the average score good! The album is simply a lack of highlights!
Eminem continues the Pop Art-style recovery, succeed in my opinion but worse than its predecessor!
Next time please re more hip-hop and less pop!
