Just before Christmas, I decided for the cordless screwdriver, unfortunately, a battery was defective from the onset. (Which had actually works quite well) After collection by the Red-service of Einhell unfortunately I received only the version with a battery. So again called the Red-service and complained. The lady on the phone was quite rude and said I would have to clarify the whole thing in writing. After an email to the specified email address, the short and curt reply that the battery is not in stock but he is forwarded as soon as possible. Today (29/01/13) I still have not received the me rightful 2. Battery. The exclusive Red-Service does not deliver what it promises. Never again Einhell.
