Reference solo

I bought this recording after listening to the show "the tribune of the critical disk" on France Musique, show that I'm fairly regularly on Sunday morning and when the program is especially for my taste!
I said that this purchase was motivated by the fact that I fell in perfect agreement * with all the guests present that day on the plateau around the well-known presenter of this chain which shall remain nameless here for obvious reasons human protection.
(*) This is quite often the case, but rarely unanimously as for this record!
Wonderful light and its tempo taken, served by a decision of its extremely readable both on desks and on the piano also never put in front of the stage as is too often the case with the "stars" of keyboard soloist here is part of the desks ... it means and it's a delight to have done with so much talent and modesty!)
I already had great possessions several versions of these concertos with orchestras traditionally headed by a chief.
This version in which the soloist also take the orchestra direction is the first of its kind that I know. The advantage I find is of course the perfect tacit understanding between the soloist and the musicians to get to the perfect tune how the soloist hear conducting his business to his hand without compromise.
Everything is said, the result is clear to me, the best version of the moment!
