The build quality is solid, with one hand but can feel the seams. Here will show how sensitive some women when the coach is in the body. Very sensitive women might feel the seams, others may not even notice. Personally, I did not bother anything after insertion of the coach. All sat as it should sit.
The training effect is only after some time, especially even if you practice regularly and used the trainer regularly. So to work out in the way, of course, is a big plus, and in the meantime I was able to coach even forget me while I went about my usual household chores.
Unfortunately I miss at the price a small tube of lube and a somewhat more detailed instructions. A few tips or perhaps training exercises as delicacy would have been very helpful.
