Purchase through Amazon, as always, impeccable. That must be said. But the product:
Actually, good function. Is easy to install and does its job just fine.
Unfortunately, there are two serious criticisms.
1)
The LED strips are made of never quite. Also off each LED glows very slightly bluish.
2)
The controller is responsive to at least three of my other remotes. Specifically, this means:
Sound louder at the amplifier -> LED bar will change to flashing mode
Chapter jump on Media Player -> LED bar changes to blue
Changing channels on the TV -> LED bar turns off.
Other codes I did not try. Makes no fun.
Under these conditions, the product is completely useless!
Of course, one notices both after mounting the TV using double sided tape. Non-destructive disassembly and return the product therefore no longer possible.
Too bad.
