Retrogression in every aspect

On the recommendation of my dentist I bought this toothbrush. The better cleaning resp. Massage effect may well be available. What bothers me most is that unlike my previous Oral-B toothbrush with round-head, despite the higher purchase price no longer travel case is delivered to and above all: to date, no Sensitive brush heads are available! Corresponding inquiries at Procter & Gamble remained unanswered. Something I call Abzockerei and consumer unfriendly to the highest degree!
