Returns not free of charge but quality OK

Quality of the jacket is fine, although I am a bit of cut is too short in the waist.
Not good, I find that the provider does not offer free returns.
In a clothing vendor I had simply assumed, had
this jacket but for lack of fit as an insured package send back.
This is simply not up to date!
