Being very skeptical at first about the methods called "revolutionary" on tobacco, I decided nevertheless to buy the book after several attempts to quit. At the end of reading this book, I stopped smoking permanently without nicotine substitute.
So I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to stop this poison feeling good, even during the weaning period.
