Romania used to listen to French stations via 3G

Abroad, this FM transmitter is perfect! I could listen to French stations almost anywhere in the Romanian campaigns via my iPhone 3G subscription. It was Top! By cons, no use in France because all the waves are saturated ... So I did not do the reverse (listening to foreign radio stations in France).
So I would put 5 * for a foreign campaign use (in Bucharest it was average but it worked a little fiddling). By cons in France * 0 (no free air available when one is moving in his car).
