For a hexagonal Grill (!!!), the barbecue area is huge. For 3 to 4 people quite sufficient.

After use, this can be easily detached from the grill through the lever on the thermostat.
With a bit of hot Prilwasser and a microfiber cloth for both the thermostat and the cooking area is cleaned up quickly. Afterwards I had the grill surface again rubbed with oil to maintain the non-stick coating.
