This book has changed my vision and practice of the race on foot, before running for me it was put one foot before the other without thinking about why and how of my practice was more similar to brisk walking as the running. The "technical" explained in Running Light is affordable by all, without necessarily biomechanical concepts. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to improve and optimize their trampled and especially take a lot of power fun! Note that light running is not a miracle cure, but common sense and observation. Johan Martin
