500g wholemeal flour
300 ml lukewarm water
1 package yeast
1 package yeast powder
All this I have mixed, leave to rise in the oven for 30-60 min. In shape at 30 degrees. Whole grain is not so on like white flour. Then 10 min. At 150 degrees top and bottom heat and about 40 min. At 220 degrees. Depending on the furnace, baking time can vary.
I still give in dried herbs, because thus it tastes better.
