Unfortunately I have not found a pan that is actually durable for everyday use of a 6-member family. The easy cleaning of this pan has the first two weeks works well, then got the same one as stubborn lining if you wanted to fry something, so that it is more difficult to clean, even though I have this greased after cleaning with oil and only grape seed -, sunflower or rapeseed oil have used. Furthermore, I only use plastic or wooden spatula. Also fell at the first use that the pan is not flat, so the oil is not spread evenly, but runs from the center down to the edge. For all households, the pan max. 1 times a week use the pan is not suitable, but safe for everyday use.
