I have on my AV rods that screw caps, which are rubberized on the inside. Unfortunately loosen repeatedly, which requires an impossible clatter of plates and repeatedly interrupted while exercising.
Therefore I bought this lockable closures and am very happy because now nothing more relaxes and the weight plates can be changed quickly.
Fits on all 30 / 31mm bars even if they are provided with screw thread.
