Samsung SyncMaster, Well

Hello
I received this monitor yesterday. the monitor appears to be externally fine. SEEMS !!
the software was forwarded only after asking but is unusable, the entire CD is apparently defective.
The monitor is in operation from time to time, the picture is just gone. No disc he sometimes goes not to.
It seems nothing to work properly.
I'll have to go to jetz computer specialists and checked everything. should I imply costs predictable I see myself forced to return all that crap.
I will take good care here again to buy something used.
