The two large diameter are really great. Ergonomics of the handles (non-slip material) and sharpness are really great !! But: why does the little knife handle another material than the two great? I do not understand how to use a much smoother and therefore unfortunately also not as grippy plastic here. I have unfortunately never found this a reference in the article description. Therefore (alas) the deduction in the star rating.
