Based on my above recession, I was contacted by the customer service of the company. I was offered to get a set of cartridges again free. This I did not want to because of my above experiences. Thus, I was offered that I could send back the cartridge back and I get the money. In addition, I was offered that one would find a financial solution, if I was going to find permanent damage to my printer (eg discolored assessment role). I have now again a set of original cartridges in my printer and could clean everything luckily no permanent damage to the printer. This toner set, I have the company returned (again, at the expense of the company) and got a short time later refunded the full amount (even though I had also printed with this cartridge, thus wasting some of the ink). Even though I have had negative experiences with the cartridges, you can criticize the customer in any way. Friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. All promises were fulfilled, as it was promised to me. Therefore, I have upgraded my recession. 1 star for the cartridge but three more for the great customer service.
