The luminosity is there at first, but it did not even take five minutes until the lights no longer quasi imperceptible. Even after the very first moment the glow diminishes noticeably. I do not know if that was a bad batch, but that is clearly unacceptable. The sticks just do not work as intended! For my party, I now have to think about what else I ...
