------ THE SHIPMENT HORROR ----------
The shipment was almost laugh. I have never experienced such a mess.
It all started with the fact that even my old address was stored as shipping address and I had accidentally changed the billing address on the current. I made that mistake but noticed immediately after the order and sat down immediately with Amazon combined. After I had received about via the address-change half an hour after ordering the confirmation email, so I thought would be the thing.
Think again. And how wrong ...
The next day I received a call a lady of Hermes-forwarding to tell me that the delivery shifts on Friday due to the change from Thursday. Then there was a small hiccup at the expensive Evening desired date, I had booked separately for 30 euros and would not hear of the Hermes, they wanted to provide 11 to 18 clock. This was followed by several phone calls back to Amazon and Hermes, which Amazon promised me I would get my evening delivery and also my money, because the desired date has not been respected. Incidentally, I have never got the money back.
Later, Amazon called again to tell me that there are no evening appointments more were free and offered to move me to Saturday at the delivery. Hermes also called to maintain order, the refrigerator had been delivered on Thursday but I would not have been at home - without warning, to the wrong address and the morning, as it turned out.
Then called me back to Amazon to tell me that it would not work with the Saturday appointment.
On Saturdays, I was just sitting at the hairdresser, suddenly my phone rings, forwarding Hermes, they are in half an hour with me. So I ran like a crazy going on, jumped into the car and drove home. And there I was then, and waited and waited. Again my phone rings - forwarding Hermes, we are coming up and no one makes on.
As my bell from time to time does not work I ran down, well and there I was then. Alone. So recalled the men of Hermes and asked where they stand because - as it turned out, again in front of the wrong address !!!
Eventually, I then get the fridge yet, but that took some me nervous. The money for the non-compliance with the desired date, the me an Amazon Mitabreiter promised I certainly have never seen again.
