At first I had tried with Verla glutamine (content: glutamic acid) to compensate for my complaints. It also helps in fact
reasonably. But not really. In addition, glutamic acid is also not really be so healthy in higher doses or
Duration intake.
Now I had this product due to the many positive reviews ever tried: I take 3 capsules daily for two days.
Yesterday I could !!! -locker - jogging, with no back afterwards to be broken. Right now I'm through with my strength training, in which
I actually felt a lot more energy and my whole otherwise strenuous exercises were much more "pleasant".
So - anyone who has to deal with frequent infections or chronic diseases, this should really try it.
Even without sporting activities, it certainly contributes a good contribution to well-being. With better sleep it
unfortunately not yet set with me. Perhaps this effect comes also still. Leide namely also from insomnia :-(
