The cover is securely applied a little thick, but Paul McKenna can afford it, because it provides a very very good book. I am even success coach and working with customers, among other things with hypnosis on self-confidence, his vocation to live, successful self-employment, etc. and I can say from my own experience both as well as in relation to my clients that the contents of the book is really well-founded and the exercises Hand and foot who - highly recommended. Paul McKenna is a star in his field - and though he so pretentious daherkönnt by the cover, you can feel when reading his spiritual and yet surprisingly also humble page. This makes it appealing and motivating.
