Yes, it hurts me that Sinéad has not really relevant published original compositions since 2000 "Faith and Courage" album. Although there was one or the other number on "She Who Dwells ..." (2003), but not really new ... Now at last the reggae album. That was so long announced and which has always been a heartfelt desire of the Irish. Now at last the time had come - no record company, no pressure on the neck and the opportunity to record with Sly and Robbie. And that is managed in a very wonderful way. Reggae has always been an important part in Sinéads work, never has such a consistent and completed it as implemented here. Fantastic. Your angriest, most direct plate since the 1994 Masterpiece "Universal Mother". Without question, this CD is breathtakingly good. And yet - the fan wants so much new material of their own fantastic Irish. Maybe that comes sometime - until then I enjoy happy and completely satisfied "Throw Down Your Arms". One of the best albums of 2005.
