When unpacking the article a few days later, I noticed that the manufacturer's warranty to 2 years additional 12 months granted (of registering what I have done). this info accordance with a request to shift the warranty period of 1 year back, I then passed in a short mail to the ERGO insurance, and an immediate response with the message "Thank you for your e-mail ... We are happy to have your security adjusted. " and shortly thereafter received the revised policy documents. I call quick and uncomplicated service. therefore I earned 5 points.
