Product very nice but unfortunately a real big problem - the 4 elements that we see on the box were subjected to a absolutely stupid idea of manufacturer! indeed they are not restrained by an elastic adhesives but by a piece of HARD PLASTIC BIG !!! the result is that in the end we must galérer to remove it after long soak, and unfortunately articles have stainless original irreparably damaged - shame as innovative model, elegant, modern - handle knives very heavy - AFTER CHECKING ON THIS WEBSITE MARCHAND, it appears well on all items the Laguiole brand and punch on the knives, which are absent on our products received !!!
