This sheet is correct for its reasonable price good. It fit three baguettes on it, which are brown evenly through the fine holes of the top and bottom. After baking, the finished baguettes can easily detach from the plate, because nothing staring them firmly.
The cleaning proved to be very simple: just one time with the sponge over it and everything is clean. As has been noted here that the sheet metal can rust thoroughly, I do not let it air dry, but dry it always behaved with a dish cloth, so that has not yet formed with me no rust.
Is a little unusual in that the sheet is lightweight and certainly also bend if you are not careful and possibly by accident is something heavy. But since one can watch :)
The enclosed recipe booklet contains two baguette recipes that are almost identical. In a roasted onions in it and the other not. In addition, the preparation of baguettes takes two days because working with cold water and letting go in the refrigerator, which is unnecessary in my opinion, and does not lead to better results. I have tried the recipe without onions and must say that the whole not worth waiting, my usual recipe is at least as good. Therefore, the accompanying booklet is superfluous for me, but that's not the main reason why so procures a sheet.
Conclusion: For me, the plate is perfect. Evenly tanned, perfectly tanned baguettes. What more do you want?
