Plus points:
+ Super bright adjustable
+ Clear signature
+ No ghosting
+ Consistently lit, no stripes or bright parts
+ Does not dazzle
+ Very pleasant haptic through the rubbery back. So the reader can not slip out a hand, not even-handed.
+ Font size is very large adjustable
+ EBooks from other stores to buy than the integrated KoboShop, works without problems and the transfer is via WLAN super fast.
+ Outer leaves works well for me. Sometimes the reader responds not perfect (just when I rebooted it go from the off state), but in general, the surface is very sensitive. I've noticed that it works better if you easily typed with the fingertip. Solid Touch or from left-to-right wipe does not always work.
Bad points:
- You can pay via the Reader only with VISA! Paypal is only possible via the Internet shop on the PC. Unfortunately so eliminates the possibility of great mobile to buy books.
- No password protection possible (but if you buy only through the Internet shop and has not provided any payment method, that does not matter, where no thief can access your own account without the Email password of the account to know)
- The grippy rear vermatscht very quickly, because the fingers are still times greasy or you just used hand cream.
- Personally, I find the solution with the touchpad to side turning not so successful. I read often while eating and when I hold the reader with one hand, I need the other to turn the page. For that I have to constantly put the fork out of his hand. Since I had buttons found on both sides better ...
Apart from these small defects that hardly disturb me, I feel the Kobo eReader than perfect and the benefits outweigh significantly to my mind!
