I was looking for an extremely sharp grater to grate Parmesan to and other solid, hard foods. At the same time should be have a stable state of rest. I found what I was at Schubeck. The grater is worth every penny! Good grip, great stability due to rubberized base and extremely sharp! The grater is to use with very little effort, so that my children in ages of 7 and 9 years so come along well.
