It is ideal for me to flavor such as fast food and Asian food, paella, lasagna, chili con carne & Co, and not so impresses by an unpleasant aftertaste and examples such as Tabasco, the tastes too strong for me vinegar.
Because each has its own, so different sense of sharpness, it can of course be disappointments on both sides - Anyway, I'm satisfied, and this Sausse here is for two years an integral part of my kitchen (next to my dried chilies from Vietnam) - and my guests do not want to renounce the Sausse and organize it downright 'ne test of courage, especially in the barbecue season; who first comes up a sweat (typical guys!
